Terms of Service for the INBOT Platform

1. Scope
These Terms apply to the INBOT platform and related public services provided by MARS AI Inc. (the "Company") on www.inbot.design.
Subscription, credit, billing, and refund terms for INBOT Studio are governed by separate Studio terms and policies.
2. Nature of the Service
The INBOT platform is a web-based service for discovering architecture and interior information, learning about features, accessing public guidance, and entering related services.
Descriptions, case materials, and guides on the public site are for general informational purposes and do not replace project-specific design, construction, legal, or safety advice.
3. Accounts and Access
- Some features are available without logging in, while others may require an account.
- Users must provide accurate information and are responsible for their account security.
- The Company may adjust access requirements or delivery methods for certain features as operational needs change.
4. User-Provided Materials
Users may upload or submit only text, images, plans, and other materials they have the lawful right to use.
The Company may store, process, and transmit those materials to the extent necessary to provide, operate, secure, and improve the service.
5. AI and Informational Features
- The platform may include AI-based summarization, analysis, recommendation, and explanation features.
- These results are probabilistic and may be inaccurate or incomplete, so users must review them before making important decisions.
- The Company does not guarantee that information provided through the platform is fully suitable for any particular purpose.
6. Prohibited Conduct
- Infringing the rights of others, posting unlawful content, attempting unauthorized access, or interfering with service operations
- Generating excessive load on the service or external infrastructure through automation or bulk requests
- Using service output for illegal, fraudulent, discriminatory, hateful, or violent purposes
7. Service Changes and Suspension
The Company may add, change, or discontinue features as needed to operate the service.
If a material change occurs, we may provide notice through the service or this page.
8. Limitation of Liability
- The Company may limit liability for losses caused by force majeure, network failures, or third-party infrastructure issues beyond its control.
- To the extent permitted by law, the Company is not liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages.
9. Privacy
Detailed handling of personal information is governed by the separate Privacy Policy.
10. Governing Law and Contact
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
