1. Scope
This Policy applies to the INBOT platform and related public services provided by MARS AI Inc. (the "Company") on www.inbot.design.
Subscription, billing, output handling, and support data for INBOT Studio are described in the separate Studio Privacy Policy.
2. Information We Collect
- Account and identity information: email, name or nickname, profile image, and authentication identifiers
- Usage records: access time, IP address, device and browser information, feature usage history, and error or performance logs
- Support and submitted materials: inquiry content, attachments, and explanatory materials entered or uploaded by users
3. Purposes of Use
- User identification, login handling, and account management
- Public service operation, feature improvement, and security
- Customer support, notices, and dispute handling
4. Notice on AI Processing
Some public features may perform AI summarization, classification, recommendation, or explanation based on text or images provided by users.
In this process, data may be sent to external AI providers to the extent necessary to provide the feature.
5. Retention
- As a general rule, personal information is deleted without undue delay once its purpose has been fulfilled.
- Where retention is required by law, information is retained for the applicable statutory period.

We apply reasonable safeguards, but complete security cannot be guaranteed in any internet environment.
